If you, for any reason, want to remove Personal Pay Advice 1.0 from your computer (un-install the product), I suggest that run the program before uninstalling and remove all users with using the program's Remove User option from File menu, if you dont want to reinstall Personal Pay Advice 1.0.
To remove Personal Pay Advice 1.0 from your computer, go to Control Panel, select Remove Programs option, find Personal Pay Advice 1.0 from the list and double click to remove. Follow the instructions from the screen.

APPA 1.0 - Searching Pay Periods
Searching the database for a pay period can be perform by few methods in Personal Pay Advice 1.0. If selected entry is the beginning pay period (usually Thursdays) (Show icon) will be enabled, once it is enabled, you can click to see the pay period information in the bottom part of the main window.
Note: This icon will be enabled if the selected entry is same as beginning of a pay period (Thursdays) regardless, this means that the selected entry might not point the correct beginning of a pay period.
Once you click on (Show), Clear and Next icons will be enabled.
(Clear), will clear the pay period ranges and will reset the data,
(Next), will show the next pay period, if available.
(Prior), will show the previous pay period, if available
You can also click on (Find icon) to search specific pay period beginning date,
If selected search date is same as pay period beginning date, then Show Pay Period check box will be eanbled if you want to see the pay period.
By clicking on (Print icon), you can Preview pay slip before you Print.
